Hi! 🙋🏼‍♀️ My name is Monique Salomon, your AI Educator and founder of AlmaOperations.AI.

I created the AI Powered Business Workshop after feeling so frustrated, overwhelmed and STUCK in my Operations Consulting firm. Everything you are feeling I have felt too! And knew there needed to be a way out!

After 12+ years in Operations, 6+ years as a teacher and 1 year as a burntout solopreneur--

in March 2024, I landed upon AI & Automations and I KNEW this was the answer I was looking for. Plus with ChatGPT on the rise, it was definitely the FUTURE too!

Except, there was NO easy way to learn how to use it as someone who isn't technical!

I didn't study engineering or computer science.. I don't really know how to code, there is so much I was trying to figure out and do on my own and ended up spending HUNDREDS of hours on youtube learning for myself. I was lost and confused half the time, and realized.. THERE IS A GAP IN THE MARKET: Why is no one teaching the everyday person how to use these tools?

In a way that was simple, practical and EASY to follow!

It's not fair that all these mega businesses are investing billions into AI to make their lives and businesses easier, more cost effective and increase revenue while the digital divide is growing for us small business owners. It's not fair that the ones who made these tools are making them easy to use for those who are technical and keeping the rest of us out.

So as a former teacher, I became determined to build an Education Ladder that could help even someone who is just getting started with AI use it to it's maximum potential step by step, patiently AND practically (without deep technical understanding). This led me to teaching workshops at our local College (Miami Dade College) specifically to Small Business owners, entrepreneurs, founder, operators and more! The need for this became so much more evident as I was doing this that In November 2024, I officially pivoted my business from operations consulting to full on AI & Automation Education! Our goal at Alma Operations AI is to educate 1200 Small Business Owners in Ai for Business Operations in English AND Spanish, just in 2025!

Question 1: How long is the workshop?

The workshop is 5 weeks long, we meet 2 times per week. Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm EST for teaching and Thursdays from 12-1pm EST for Implementation Hours + Guided Support.

Question 4: What if I can't attend all the live sessions?

Not a problem, we will post the recordings within 24 hours of each session for your review. Please keep in mind that all content builds on itself so it is important to catch the recording before the next Tuesday session and attend Thursday's implementation hour for guided support.
